Summary:

This study aimed to see if L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (L-alpha-GFC) can help improve memory in people affected by scopolamine, a substance that can cause memory problems. They tested 32 healthy young volunteers who were split into four groups. Some were given L-alpha-GFC for ten days before receiving scopolamine, while others were given a placebo. They then tested their attention and memory before and after giving them scopolamine. The study found that L-alpha-GFC helped counteract the memory and attention problems caused by scopolamine.
